ACRO TRIX [1hr]

​A fun fusion of acrobatic dance and gymnastics foundations. Students move through the Acrobatics Arts syllabus. They gain strength, balance, focus and confidence in a safe, inclusive, non competitive atmosphere.
​
Ideal for beginners, and a great cross training class to add for cheerleaders, gymnasts, dancers, skaters, and other movement artists who want to learn an art form that is beneficial in so many ways!
ACRO DANCE [1hr]

Essential Essential dance techniques for Acrobatic Choreography. Combination of ballet and jazz fundamentals we use to transition into, through and out of Acro skills. Excellent for increasing body awareness and confidence, and improving posture, grace and technique. Recommended for all acro students who do not take dance elsewhere.

CIRCUS TRIX [1hr]
​
Combination Aerial Arts (silks, Lyra and trapeze) and circus skills class. Learn juggling, hula hoop, poi and more! Ideal for beginners and those who want to train on more than one apparatus. Mobility and flexibility cross-training for all athletes.
