We offer classes for all levels — from Tots to Teens, beginners to advanced — along with specialty and supplementary classes for artistic athletes seeking cross-training or to expand their current training schedule. T.O.T Classes

Preschool Acro Dance and Circus Arts classes that introduce movement, balance, and coordination in a playful, structured setting.
T.O.T & Me (Age 1.5-3.5)
Saturdays 9:15-10:00am
Fun, creative movement and play for toddlers and their caregivers. Enjoy activities, obstacle courses, and music together to build coordination and confidence. Caregiver participation required.
Tot TRIX (Age 3-5)
Thursdays 4:45-5:30pm & Saturdays 9:15-10:00am (Age 3-4.5)
A playful intro to acro and circus skills for active toddlers. Build balance, coordination, and creativity through tumbling, obstacle courses, and beginner circus elements. Perfect for kids who love to move and play!


Mini TRIX: Open Level
Playful, open-level classes introducing acro and circus skills for our youngest movers. Students build balance, coordination, and creativity through tumbling, obstacle courses, and beginner circus elements, with a fun hip hop option too. No experience required.

Kid TRIX: Open Level
A high-energy, open-level class where kids learn beginner acro skills like bridges, cartwheels, handstands, and rolls, plus circus arts such as silks, hoop, juggling, and balance work. Fun, structured circuits build strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Teen TRIX: Open Level
An energetic, inclusive open-level class made just for teens. Explore acro and circus skills on the ground and in the air while building flexibility, strength, and confidence through creative challenges and progressive drills. No prior experience required.

Accelerated Training & Performance (ATP)
Ready to level up? Our ATP pathway is perfect for acrobats, aerialists, dancers, gymnasts, cheerleaders, skaters, and other artistic athletes seeking structured progression, cross-training, and preparation for competitive or performance pathways.The Accelerated Training & Performance Series (ATP) is designed for athletes ready to push beyond recreational classes and commit to focused, elevated training.Our Acro Tech, FLEX, and TNT specialty classes are designed to advance tumbling and balancing technique, along with overall strength, flexibility and performance skills, while developing the body awareness and discipline required for artistic athletes to unlock their full potential.


Acro Tech
Targeted, high-level ground acrobatic training for serious athletes ready to push limits, advance their technique, and train with intention. Athletes are placed in classes based on experience and skill level using the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus, with the option to participate in acro examinations. Head coach evaluation required.

FLEX Series
Flexibility & Execution — cross-training in flexibility, strength, and control to enhance artistry and technique. Not syllabus-based; recommended for dancers, aerialists, gymnasts, cheerleaders, skaters, and other artistic athletes. Assessment or coach recommendation required.
FLEX: Balance (Age 7-17, Level 3+)
Stability, alignment, and control for standing and inverted acro skills — handstands, head, forearm, and chest stands, needles, scorpions, and backbends.

FLEX: Acro (Age 7-17, Level 3+)
Refines movement quality and execution for walkovers, limbers, tinsicas, splits, backbends, inverted skills, and tumbling.
Mondays 5:00-6:00pm & Saturdays 12:00-1:00pm (Age 9-17)
FLEX: Dance (Age 7-17, Level 3+)
Jazz and ballet-inspired training to develop flexibility, extensions, leaps, turns, and alignment for acro dancers.

FLEX: Contortion – Elite (Age 10-20, Level 6+)
Advanced flexibility and strength for extreme range of motion — backbends, chest stands, splits, scorpions, and needle progressions.

TNT Series
Technique & Tricks — targeted skill development and trending tricks across specialty disciplines. Assessment or coach recommendation required; not syllabus-based.
TNT: Partnering (Age 7-17, Level 3+)
Foundations of acrobatic partnering — lifts, balances, counterbalances, and group formations built on trust and timing.

TNT: Inversions – Junior (Age 7-15, Level 3+)
Ground and cane hand-balancing — handstand holds, presses, one-arm balances, forearm stands, and inverted transitions.
Sundays 1:30-2:30pm
TNT: Inversions – Elite (Age 10-20, Level 6+)
Advanced hand balancing and inversions on the ground and up on canes.
Wednesdays 5:00-6:00pm & Sundays 1:30-2:30pm
TNT: Tumbling – Junior (Age 7-15, Level 3+)
Progressive tumbling technique, power, and control — walkovers, handsprings, aerials, back tucks, and airborne variations.
Sundays 12:00-1:30pm
TNT: Tumbling – Elite (Age 10-20, Level 6+)
High-level tumbling — handsprings, aerials, back tucks, layouts, and airborne connections.

TNT: Dance – Junior (Age 7-14, Level 3+)
Contemporary and jazz technique blended with acrobatic skills, floorwork, and choreography.

Open training for experienced aerialists to develop skills and combinations on Silks, Lyra, and Static Trapeze.

TNT: Hip Hop is not running as a recreational class for 2026/27. Hip Hop is offered through our competitive stream — see the Dance Classes page for details.
Competitive Acro Dance Team
Experienced Acro athletes training in the required ATP classes are eligible to join our Competitive Acro Dance Team.
Athletes learn group choreography during weekly lessons with their assigned coach/choreographer, preparing for competitions and community events.
This program is for dedicated acro dancers ready to bring their artistry, strength, and skill to the stage.

Junior (Age 7+, Level 3+)
Elite (Age 10+, Level 6+)
Required training is completed through our TNT: Dance classes (Junior or Elite). Team placement and practice details are confirmed by the program director.

- Best for: performers seeking challenge, growth, and competitive performance experiences
Additional Choreography & Placement Process
Placement by the program director is required to perform additional choreography on the Competitive Dance Team.
Athletes interested in solo, duet, or trio choreography will be evaluated by the artistic director, and chosen based on age, ability, experience, and commitment. The athlete will be assessed on their strength, technique, flexibility, and artistry in Acro Dance. Coach recommendations and prior class progress will also be considered.
Athletes should be prepared to demonstrate clean execution of skills appropriate to their level, as well as the ability to learn and master set choreography.
